WOULD MRS MAY WANT THE ARMY SURROUNDING THE SCOTTISH PARLIAMENT?

Mrs May and the British Government are inconsistent.  On the one hand they and the EU support the Spanish Government's approach to the Catalan problem.  But what would they say if the Scots wanted another independence referendum?  From past records, the Government and the EU would oppose it.  What if the Scots went ahead with a referendum, regardless of the Government and the EU, and won a large majority in favour of independence?   Would she and the Government, with the EU's blessing, send the army to surround the Scottish Parliament building, sack all the members of the Scottish Parliament, and put in their own puppet replacements?

Where is democracy today?  Biggest is not best.  Small is beautiful.
