WHEN ARE WE GOING TO GET AN INDUSTRIAL STRATEGY?

All the talk about leaving the EU is a waste of breath, time and money.  We should leave the EU now.  The Government needs to lay out its strategy for business with a particular emphasis on support and promotion for manufacturing.  In short I am calling for a second indigenous industrial revolution, done better, with care for the environment and the individual.  Professor David Bailey is a wimp.
